- Sweat N Chill with Mike & Sue
Join Mike and Sue for 'Sweat n Chill' (1-1/4 - 1-1/2 hour)! Mike will get you pumped up with his Lifelong Fitness workout, then Sue will slow it down with a relaxing Stretch n Flow yoga session! This class caters to all levels of fitness and will be modified according each student's unique abilities. Fitness assessments are done to determine our students starting points, as well as end goals. A wonderful combination to wind down the day!
- Puppy Yoga
Included: One Hour Class - 1/2 Gentle Yoga Flow (with Puppies) & 1/2 Playtime with Puppies. Comfortable clothing recommended. A water bottle is recommended. There will be a 1/2 hour of free time, after the yoga segment is over, allowing for plenty of time for cuddles and photo opportunities with the pups - phones are also recommended!

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep”. It is practiced lying down with a teacher guiding the session. The practice draws our attention inwards, and we learn to surf between states of wakefulness and sleep, where our body finds its natural state of equilibrium – the breath balances and becomes quiet, unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and we fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness. The end goal is to remain in this state and to not fall asleep ....although it does happen :) Anyone can practice Yoga Nidra, but it has immense appeal for those who wish to 'let go' of their busy minds and find peace within the mind, body and soul. It also has immense value for those suffering from sleep deprivation, trauma, anxiety or depression (to any degree). This class incorporates both seated and standing movements - with the option to use a chair to assist (support) in standing postures as well. This full body workout is intended to assist and restore function as well as offer support for those experiencing physical limitations, who may be returning to yoga after an injury and are experiencing physical limitations.

You will receive a more detailed instruction for each asana/pose than you would in a group class, so to ensure that each pose works for YOU. Adjustments can be verbal or hands-on, based on your level of comfort. Both verbal and hands-on adjustments, as well as the utilization of props, can help deepen the experience of a pose and increase your body awareness in relation to each pose.
